In order to secure the CryptoMedics consultation service against the unforeseen, the unethical, and the unintended behaviour, CryptoMedics take into consideration only those complaints that are filed with a clear description of what was missed and/or rendered insufficiently in theCryptoMedics service. The complaints must be emailed to: within 7 days from the membership inception.

After a complaint is recognised, the user’s fee will be refunded (minus the cost of the days already passed).

All other claims not meeting the above mentioned requirements are not to be recognised.
